Coalition Director
The Coalition Director serves as the primary relationship manager and strategic coordinator for a transformational multi-organization coalition focused on countering disinformation, building cross-partisan support for policy initiatives, and creating a broader, more resilient pro-democracy movement. This role manages coalition operations, mobilizes member organizations, drives recruitment and engagement, and helps shape the coalition’s external narrative and impact in order to hone and develop stronger cross-ideological organizing models for the broader pro-democracy movement.
The ideal candidate is a skilled coalition builder and relationship manager who can work effectively with executives and partner organizations to scale grassroots programs and expand the breadth and depth of participation and impact. This role requires strong facilitation, communication, grassroots organizing, and program management capabilities, as well as experience in building partnerships and coalition infrastructure to drive collective action.
Voting Rights Lab is a fully remote organization, and this position can be based anywhere in the United States. This position will require occasional travel, representing about 15% of the time. Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000
